MEET SIMHA YOGA & MASSAGE THERAPY

I’m Karley, a certified Yoga Instructor, Massage Therapist & Astrology enthusiast.  I'm based in beautiful beachy Bournemouth, on the South Coast of the UK.

I was raised on a diet of holistic living, spiritual practices weaved into everyday life and the fundamentals of Yogic Philosophy rung true thanks to this lifestyle.  Having practised Yoga Asana for over 10 years (in part to soothe my stiff runner's body), I embarked on a 200hr YTT in India in 2019.

Since then, I've held countless sessions and hosted retreats in local studios, gyms, creative spaces, hospitality venues, workplaces and on the beach... the list goes on!

Fast forward to 2022, when I attained an ITEC Diploma in Holistic Massage Therapy, Simha Yoga & Massage has bloomed into a wellness offering incorporating multiple modes of healing... with more to come!
