What better way to close out the week than a fun session of mindful movement, in the form of Yoga Asana. 🙏🏼
Each week we move through a new theme, idea or concept taken from & inspired by lots of different teachings; yoga philosophy, astrological 'happenings', seasonal energy and more.
Our movements during these sessions are inspired by traditional Hatha sequencing, as well as some Ashtanga & Vinyasa influence. Each week we will do something different, sometimes focusing more on meditation and pranayama (breath work) and sometimes dynamic movement, or slower restorative sessions.
Yoga has infinite benefits and opens us up to improved health in body and mind. A regular practice allows us to touch base with ourselves and gives the time and opportunity to heal stresses & even trauma.
Friday night classes are held at The Studio in The Suncliff Hotel, this cosy space is perfect for us to shut the door on the world and immerse ourselves in all that yogi magic.
There's free parking on site, but please make sure that you register your car at reception. If there's no parking spaces available in the Suncliff, you can use the Cumberland or Oceana hotel either side, next door (but still remember to register your car at Suncliff reception). There is some on road parking to the rear too, or metered parking on the Overcliff Road.
Classes are £8 per session, with block discounts and 'introduce a friend' discounts available.
